36.  Choice B is the correct answer.  Primary hyperparathyroidism and Malignancy typically have high PTH and high calcium.  Secondary hyperparathyroidism the PTH is elevated because of a low calcium.  Secondary hypoparathyroidism can come from renal failure, impaired calcitrol production, and vitamin D deficiency.  FHH is due to inactivation of the calcium sensing receptors in the kidneys.  Has a high calcium and a mildly elevated PTH concentration.
